Another eye-catching salad name, yet again incorporating vibrant fruit. I really love the care Adrianna from A Cozy Kitchen takes over each ingredient — not too complicated, just thoughtful. Check out the tips for assembling a salad.
While we’re talking about learning techniques: here’s one that’s new to me. Yummy Supper‘s Erin passes on a method of slow-cooking salmon that she picked up from Chez Panisse. The fish looks so delicate, it’s a technique I must try!
My choices of recipes this week seem to be telling me I’m ready for warmer weather to return to Sydney. In this case Najwa at Delicious Shots pulls together a great spread centred on grilled chicken kebabs. I love a dish with a collection of sauces and sides – there are so many little combinations to keep you interested.
How about something sweet to finish? Emma from Poires au Chocolat tells us this recipe was so good that she almost didn’t share it! Well, I’m glad Emma did because the puffed pancake is something I’ve never tried before and I love finding new dishes.
