As I mentioned in my last post, I’ve decided to rethink the Zesty Five a little. The focus from now will be more on recipes and cooking, with more content from blogs rather than major media outlets. In that spirit: welcome to the new and improved Zesty Five!
As you’d know from my Dessert “Bruschetta” I’m a fan of the strawberry and balsamic combo. Here Playful Cooking’s Kankana roasts strawberries in balsamic and blends them into a mouth-watering frozen yoghurt.
Staying on the frozen treats theme: here’s an ice cream with a twist from Carey at Reclaiming Provincial. I’ve tried some cracking desserts with various peppercorns, but must admit I’ve never tried on with Sichuan pepper … I’m intrigued!
